Scruffy The Legend

I now know of 2 Keeshonds missing (see also post below this one). I know Keeeshonds. They need their family. Imagine your child lost and you wiill understand. If you are anywhere near where these dogs were lost, please help look for them, or at least keep them in mind and pray for them.

We are missing our lost Keeshond. Medium sized black and gray hair. She was our loved family dog and she is greatly missed. She was a special friend to my special needs daughter and they need to be together. They were special together. Please return if you have or know someone who is… keeping her. Or if you have seen her around. We are extremely worried about her and would like to know she is safe. She has a Lucas county dog license tag on.

I should add that I really don’t expect any queries in today’s market. I was just thinking that if someone did want to buy the land, I would not know how to sell it. I guess this would be a ‘sale by owner.’  I assume I would at least need a NY lawyer to make sure its all done according to law. Ill worry about it when and if the time comes. It seems that I am not going to want to pay some realtor a hefty percent of sale proceeds. If you know anything about selling your own property without a realtor, let me know. Needless to say, you receive a free book if you provide any useful information.
